AI BOOMBOX MUSIC does not sell copyright. The artist retains the copyright in each track (to the extent copyright exists and is owned by them under applicable law). Your purchase grants you a licence with the specific usage rights described in the tier you selected.

The platform acts only as the marketplace facilitating the sale.

• Personal — Private listening only.
• Creator — Personal creators sharing on social platforms.
• Standard — Hobby creators & small social posts.
• Commercial — Brands, monetised content, small productions.
• Extended — Broadcast, film, unlimited commercial use.

• Resell, redistribute or sub-licence the audio file as a stand-alone product
• Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the track
• Register the track (or a derivative) with a collection society, content ID system or similar service as your own work
• Use the track in a way that is illegal, defamatory, hateful or that infringes a third party's rights

Tracks on this platform are wholly or partly AI-generated. By purchasing, you acknowledge the AI Music Notice and accept that usage rights ultimately depend on both this licence and the AI tool's underlying commercial licensing terms, which the artist has warranted they comply with.

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in cases such as duplicate payments or technical failures attributable to the platform.

Your licence may terminate if you materially breach this Agreement or use the track in violation of its restrictions. Termination does not entitle you to a refund where the breach is yours.

Your printable licence receipt on the track download page, together with your purchase record, is your evidence of the licence purchased and the date the licence agreement was accepted.
