AI Music Marketplace – Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain the security of your account.

Artists confirm that:

• They own or have the legal right to upload every track.
• Their music does not infringe any copyright or trademark.
• They have permission to commercially distribute any AI-generated content according to the AI tool's terms.
• All information provided is accurate.

Artists remain legally responsible for the content they upload.

The platform allows AI-generated music only if:

• Commercial use is permitted under the AI service used.
• The uploaded content does not violate another person's intellectual property rights.
• The artist has complied with the AI provider's terms of service.

The platform is not responsible for disputes arising from the misuse of AI-generated content.

AI BOOMBOX MUSIC does not sell copyright. The artist keeps the copyright in each track (to the extent copyright exists and is owned by them under applicable law). When a buyer completes checkout they purchase a licence that grants only the specific usage rights described in the selected licence tier. The platform acts as the marketplace facilitating the transaction.

• Copyright remains with the artist.
• Buyers may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence the track.
• Buyers may not claim ownership of the music.
• Buyers must comply with the terms of the purchased licence.

Artists may subscribe to different plans.

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Are billed monthly.
• May be upgraded or downgraded.
• Are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins (subject to applicable consumer protection laws).

Failure to pay may result in restricted access or suspension.

The platform processes payments on behalf of artists.

The platform retains an agreed commission on each sale.

The remaining balance becomes payable to the artist according to the payout schedule.

Artists will receive payouts:

• Once minimum payout thresholds are met.
• According to the published payout schedule.
• Only after identity verification has been completed.

The platform may delay payouts while investigating fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in cases such as duplicate payments or technical failures attributable to the platform.

If a copyright complaint is received:

• The content may be removed immediately.
• The artist will be notified.
• Repeat infringements may result in permanent account suspension.

Artists may not upload:

• Copyrighted music they do not own.
• Hate speech.
• Illegal content.
• Pornographic content.
• Defamatory material.
• Malware or harmful files.

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Copyright infringement
• False information
• Abuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms

The platform provides a marketplace only.

We do not guarantee:

• Sales
• Income
• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with all devices

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
