Artist Agreement

By uploading or listing any track on AI BOOMBOX MUSIC you agree to this Artist Agreement in addition to the platform Terms & Conditions.

1. Copyright remains with the artist

AI BOOMBOX MUSIC does not buy, sell or otherwise take ownership of the copyright in your tracks. You keep the copyright in every track you upload, to the extent copyright exists and is owned by you under applicable law.

The platform's role is strictly that of a marketplace facilitating the transaction between you and the buyer.

2. Licence you grant to the platform

To make the marketplace work, you grant AI BOOMBOX MUSIC a:

non-exclusive,
worldwide,
royalty-free licence
to host, stream previews of, display artwork for, market and distribute your tracks to buyers under the licence tiers you select.

This licence ends when you remove the track, except for licences already sold to buyers, which continue on the terms the buyer purchased.

3. Licence you grant to buyers

Each sale grants the buyer the specific usage rights described in the licence tier they purchased (Personal, Standard, Commercial or Extended). You authorise the platform to issue those licences in your name.

4. Your warranties

You own or have all necessary rights to upload and licence every track.
Your tracks do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, personality or other right.
Where a track is AI-generated, you have complied with the AI tool's commercial licensing terms.
All information you provide (identity, banking, contact) is true and current.

5. Commission and payouts

The platform retains a 10% commission on each sale. The remaining balance becomes payable to you in accordance with the published payout schedule and only after identity verification is approved.

We may withhold or delay payouts while investigating fraud, chargebacks or copyright complaints.

6. Prohibited content

Music you do not own or are not entitled to licence
Hate speech, illegal, pornographic or defamatory content
Malware or harmful files
AI-generated tracks where the AI tool's terms forbid commercial use

7. Takedowns and termination

If we receive a credible copyright or other legal complaint we may remove the track immediately and notify you. Repeat infringement, fraud or breach of this Agreement may result in suspension or permanent termination of your artist account.

8. No employment relationship

You upload as an independent creator. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship with AI BOOMBOX MUSIC.
