Copyright & Infringement Policy

Artists keep the copyright in their tracks. AI BOOMBOX MUSIC acts only as the marketplace and licenses music on behalf of the artist under the tier the buyer selects. Copyright complaints are therefore investigated against the artist who uploaded the track.

To report a track that infringes your rights, send a written notice including:

• Your full name, contact details and the right you hold (e.g. copyright owner, exclusive licensee, authorised agent)
• Identification of the protected work you say is infringed
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing track on AI BOOMBOX MUSIC
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

Send notices to copyright@aiboomboxmusic.com.

• Remove or disable access to the reported track promptly
• Notify the uploading artist and provide them with a copy of the notice
• Freeze any pending payouts attributable to that track pending resolution

If an artist believes a track was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice with their contact details, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and their signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the track unless the original complainant takes legal action.

Accounts that are the subject of repeated, credible infringement notices will be suspended or permanently terminated, and pending payouts may be forfeited where required to compensate affected rights holders.

Knowingly submitting a materially false infringement notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to legal liability. Notices that appear abusive or vexatious will not be actioned.

Because tracks on this platform are AI-generated, disputes may concern the underlying AI tool's terms rather than ordinary copyright. We still act on credible complaints and require artists to warrant compliance with the relevant AI tool's commercial licensing terms in the Artist Agreement.
